Inhalt der MBS Event Decks


Heute geben die Wizards den Inhalt der Mirrodin Besieged Event Decks bekannt. Die beiden Decks sind vorgefertigt und sind im Gegensatz zu den Intropacks dafür entworfen, in einer Turnierumgebung bestehen zu können. Ohne Deck spontan zu einem (Standard-)FNM zu gehen, wird damit endlich möglich. Infect & Defile Ein schwarz-blaues Aggro-Control-Deck ohne Counterspells, dafür mit zwei UB-Duals aus M11 und dem Viererset Smother. Into the Breach Ein rotes 'Battle Cry'-Deck mit Manakurve bis zwei, inklusive zweier Goblin Guides. Vier Signal Pest, Lightning Bolt, Searing Blaze und Memnite sind die attraktiven Positionen dieses Decks. So wird das Produkt im Laden aussehen:

First Card Action


Das nächste Set, welches sie "Action" nannten, wirft seine Schatten voraus:



Die beiden Karten wird es auf dem Mirrodin Besieged Game Day als zusätzlichen Preis für die besten Affiliated Decks geben. Ein solches Deck darf ausschließlich Karten aus einer Fraktion spielen und davon mindestens zehn. Karten, die keiner Fraktion angehören, dürfen natürlich dennoch verwendet werden!
Und während beide Preview-Karten des letzten Game Days in MBS erschienen sind, wird diesmal nur eine der beiden Karten wirklich im kommenden Set dabei sein!
Allerdings behält sich WotC (natürlich!) das Recht vor, die Karte in einem zukünftigen Set zu verwenden, nur eben nicht mit diesem Editionssymbol. Dementsprechend wird eine der beiden Karte wohl ein wertsteigerndes Sammelobjekt sein.

Schon lange finde ich es schade, dass du deinen Projekten goyf und Couchmagic so wenig Liebe angedeihen lässt. Der Schritt, den goyf nun ganz zu beenden, ist nachvollziehbar, aber auch aus meiner Sicht bedauerlich. Couchmagic wird vermutlich bald folgen...

Sicher, aber dann wäre es keine neue Fähigkeit bzw. kein neues Keyword...

Hätte es dagegen spannend gefunden, wenn WotC eine Kreatur mit Megamorph zusätzlich auch mit Morph ausgestattet hätten, damit man eine situative Wahl treffen könnte. Ich hoffe, dass WotC auch auf diese Idee gekommen ist!

Hätte man Megamorph nicht als "whenever it's turned face up for it's Morph cost put a +1/+1 counter on it" lösen können?
Hätte weniger von Power Ranger-Feeling. Ich finds dämlich so wie es ist.
